The ERA has retained the services of This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Association. They are responsible for executing and managing all the contracts entered into by the ERA, collecting the annual resident association fees, pursuing overdue accounts, and providing general financial and legal support to the volunteer board of directors. The office number for Blackstone Property Management is 403-984-2450.

From time to time inquiries are received for the consideration of water parks, community centers, skateboard parks, etc. The legal mandate of the ERA is solely to maintain the 17 community entrance features and feature site parks within the encumbrance areas of Evergreen in addition to some city site owned roadway medians.

The ERA is not associated with either the Calgary Evergreen Community Association or the Shawnee-Evergreen Community Association both of which have their own unique focus and mandates for the community making Evergreen a wonderful community to call home!
